• 250 g quark
• 200 g yourt (vanilla yourt)
• 60 g suar
• 1 cup cream
• 50 g chocolate flakes
• 0.5 can ½ peach (s)

Instructions

1. Mix the quark, vanilla yoghurt and sugar together and set aside. Whip the cream. Fold the cream and the grated chocolate into the quark mixture.
2. Pour the cream into bowls. Cut the peaches into cubes and spread on the cream.
