Instructions

  1. Cook the Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 10 minutes and then drain.
  2. Sear the turkey cubes in a large pan with a little oil. When the meat turns brown, add the onions and ham and fry. As soon as the onions are also colored, season everything with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Alternatively, you can also season with chicken seasoning. Reduce the temperature and continue frying for about 5 minutes.
  3. Now put the meat mixture in another container and let some butter or oil get hot in the used pan at a high temperature. Now fry the drained Brussels sprouts nicely on all sides so that they get color. Reduce the temperature again and add the meat mixture to the cabbage in the pan. Fry everything through. 2 - 3 minutes are sufficient for this.
  4. If you like, you can now dice some cheese and stir in, or sprinkle grated cheese over the dish.
