Cut the turkey breast into bite-sized pieces, marinate with the spices, herbs and 1 tablespoon of oil and let stand for a while (add the salt just before frying).
Chop the zucchini and mushrooms into large pieces, chop the tomatoes just as roughly and cut the onions into fine rings. Heat the oil in a pan and quickly fry the zucchini, mushrooms and onion rings on all sides until crispy. Salt, pepper and finally squeeze the garlic clove and add. Put everything on a plate and set aside.
In the same pan, sear the pieces of meat on all sides and then season them with salt. Now add the vegetables again, toss briefly, add the tomato pieces and mix well. Reduce the heat, sprinkle with herbs, put the lid on and let it steep briefly.
