Salt and pepper the turkey steaks and fry on both sides in a hot pan with oil.
Place the turkey steaks in a baking dish. Clean and chop the onion and garlic and add to the pan. Drain the mushrooms and cut in half. Season and fry everything briefly, add the cup of cream and season with the spices.
Then pour the sauce over the turkey steaks and finish cooking in the oven for about 10 minutes. Please make sure that the turkey steaks are done (poultry!) But not dry.
