Mix the sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar together. Then mix in the oil and rice milk. Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to the blueberries or the chopped apple (depending on which filling you prefer).
Rinse a silicone mold with cold water (do not grease!). Pour half of the batter into the muffin tins. Then put the filling in and then put the rest of the batter on top.
Bake at 160 ° C for 25 minutes until they are light brown.
