Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Then drain in a sieve. Meanwhile, dice the onion, halve the carrot and cut into slices. Halve the snow peas.
  2. Fry everything together in a hot saucepan, pour a little water over them and steam with the lid closed. Cut the cucumber into slices and the corn into four pieces.
  3. Stir in with the sauce and the Provencal vegetables. Season to taste and serve with the pasta.
