- Wash the chicken drumsticks, pat dry, cut in half and season with salt, pepper, paprika and cayenne. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken legs and garlic in it, deglaze with Martini Bianco.
- Add pizza tomatoes and cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Pour in the cream, bring to the boil and add fresh thyme.
- This dish is eaten with pasta or flatbread and a fresh leaf salad.
