• 1 packet cream cheese
• 1 packet cream cheese, with herbs
• 1 red pepper (s), diced
• 1 bunch spring onion (s), cut into fine rings
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Mix the two types of cream cheese well. Add chopped peppers and spring onions (I usually only use 3 stalks). Season to taste with salt and pepper.
