Instructions

  1. Soak oat flakes + raisins overnight with milk + cream (in the refrigerator).
  2. Take out of the fridge in the morning and divide into 2 bowls. Roughly grate the apples, halve the bananas lengthways and cut into slices. Mix both with the juice of the lemon so that the fruit does not turn brown. Peel oranges, divide into individual sections and cut into pieces. Mix the fruit with the nuts, honey and a little cinnamon - and also distribute it on the bowls and fold in.

  4. With the grated fruit and soaked oat flakes, even my son likes to eat this muesli with them - although otherwise he really can`t eat muesli.
  5. Instead of the banana and / or the oranges, depending on the season, we also like to use other types of fruit, each cut to size: plums, strawberries, cherries, blueberries, blackberries, apricots or something like that. Sometimes we also mix in a grated carrot. Then maybe leave out the cinnamon - depending on the fruit.
  6. And instead of the raisins, we also like to use other dried fruit - then cut up accordingly: figs, apricots, prunes, etc.
