Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the pollack fillets and place in a greased baking dish. Drizzle with the lemon juice and place in the oven at 180 degrees circulating air, 200 degrees top / bottom heat.
  2. Meanwhile prepare the sauce. Mix the cold cream with the flour, add the diced cheese and bring to the boil, stirring well until the cheese has melted. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice, add the mushrooms and parsley, season again to taste. Can like to taste strong and lemony. After 15 minutes of baking time, pour over the fish and bake for another 15 minutes, the sauce will then be slightly brownish, bubbly and appetizing on top.
  3. We always eat jacket potatoes and sometimes carrot vegetables with it.
