Instructions

  1. Peel and finely chop the clove of garlic. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan and lightly fry the garlic. Add the tomatoes and mash them lightly. Season the sauce vigorously with salt, pepper and marjoram (some of the seasoning is always lost in the oven and the casserole otherwise tastes bland) and let it thicken a little over high heat. In the meantime, cook the pasta until al dente, drain, rinse briefly with cold water and drain.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, cut the cooked ham into small cubes. Grease a baking dish well (I use olive oil for this too), fill in half of the pasta, with half of the ham and some of the ger. Sprinkle cheese on top. Now put the rest of the pasta on top. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pasta and put the other half of the ham cubes on top. Pour the cream over it (if you want, you can use milk instead - tastes just as good!), With the rest of the ger. Sprinkle the cheese on top and finally pour some more olive oil over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  3. Pretty simple, but very, very tasty!
