I would like to share the recipe for my favorite salad with you. It is quick to prepare, fruity-fresh, crunchy and can be kept in the fridge for a good 3 days.
Put the mixed salad in a bowl. Cut the cheese into small pieces and add. Peel and core 1 to 2 pears and place in the bowl. Pour olive oil over it (the amount just to taste) and mix.
Now roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil. If you like, some sesame can be toasted with. Roasting is quick and easy when the stove is on the highest setting. Spread the seeds on the salad.
Neat balsamic vinegar on top, but don`t drown the salad. Finally, season with colored pepper (freshly ground) and mix everything again. I recommend letting the salad steep a bit, but that`s not a must.
