Instructions

  1. Peel the vegetables, cut into bite-sized pieces and place in a large saucepan. Add just enough water that it stands approx. 2 - 3 cm high. Put the lid on and cook the vegetables over medium to low heat for about 15 minutes. Don`t lift the lid too often, just stir it from time to time and make sure the vegetables don`t burn.
  2. When the vegetables are soft - depending on how soft you like them - stir in the cream cheese and stretch with milk if there is not enough liquid. Then crumble the vegetable stock cube and stir in. Before serving, cut the poultry sausages into slices and fold in.
  3. The vegetable stew is tasty for all children and adults. Variations are e.g., with pumpkin, sweet potatoes, parsnips, pertersile roots and the like possible.
