Instructions

  1. Put lemon juice, honey, salt, curry powder, pepper and parsley in a salad bowl and mix with a whisk to a smooth sauce.
  2. Wash the fennel, remove the roots and ends from the stem and cut the fennel into fine strips. Chop the fennel greens. Wash the apple and dice together with the skin. Dice the peeled orange as well. Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips.
  3. Roughly chop the walnuts and roast them in a non-fat frying pan.
  4. Finally, put everything in a salad bowl and mix well.
