Instructions
Bring the sugar and water to the boil (sugar syrup), finely dice the fennel and add the aniseed. Simmer until the fennel is soft, mix very well. Let it simmer again, strain. Add the lime juice and glucose syrup and allow to cool.
Put in the ice cream maker and let freeze.
