Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the fennel bulb. Save the fennel herb. Cut the fennel into fine strips.
  2. Peel and clean the apples and cut into fine slices. Drizzle with lemon juice immediately after cutting.
  3. Stir a sauce out of the curdled milk and orange juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly sweetener.
  4. Mix the fennel, apple and sauce together and let it steep for a moment. Garnish with the fennel herb.
