- Wash and clean the fennel bulb. Save the fennel herb. Cut the fennel into fine strips.
- Peel and clean the apples and cut into fine slices. Drizzle with lemon juice immediately after cutting.
- Stir a sauce out of the curdled milk and orange juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly sweetener.
- Mix the fennel, apple and sauce together and let it steep for a moment. Garnish with the fennel herb.
