Instructions

  1. Cut the fennel very finely into strips, quarter the grapes, wash and pluck the rocket, cut the cheese into cubes, and the onion into thin rings. Mix everything together, drizzle with lemon juice, add olive oil, pepper and salt.
  2. Ideally, you let the salad sit a little, then it tastes best.
