Instructions

  1. Cut the fennel crosswise into very fine slices, preferably with a food processor or a V-shaped slicer. Squeeze the orange and pour the juice directly over the fennel. Add the mustard, honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and a little salt and pepper and mix everything thoroughly.
  2. The salad tastes best when it can steep for another 1 - 2 hours.
