Instructions

  1. First you put some oil in a pan. I prefer to use liquid rama or something similar. When this is heated, the bacon cubes come in.
  2. While the cubes are frying, wash the fennel, cut in half and cut into small strips.
  3. Depending on how crispy the bacon you want, add the fennel and let both continue to fry. I usually leave it in the pan for about 7-10 minutes, until the fennel looks slightly brown and translucent.
  4. Just before the end, add the garlic, a little salt and pepper. Season to taste and you`re done.
  5. Tastes great with a baked potato or fish, but also great as a small meal.
