Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Wash the thyme and rosemary and pat dry. Cut the chilli peppers, core them and cut into fine rings (either wear gloves or wash your hands thoroughly afterwards - the chilli juice burns like hell if it gets in the eyes or in the mouth). Dice the feta cheese.
  2. Put all ingredients in a sterile glass and fill up with oil - the oil must completely cover the remaining ingredients. Seal the jar and let the feta cheese steep in a cool, dark place for at least 1 week
  3. Can be eaten simply with baguette or flatbread or used as an ingredient in salad.
  4. Since the light cheese and the red chillies also look good, such a glass is also a nice souvenir for an invitation. Such a jar will keep closed for several weeks.
