Instructions

  1. Dice the feta cheese and place in a bowl with the drained olives. Then cut the washed leek into half rings and add to the bowl.
  2. Now season with pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste. You can save yourself salt, the feta is salty enough. A few more seeds as a topping and nothing stands in the way of enjoyment.
