Crumble the feta in a bowl with your hands. Cut the tomatoes into very small pieces and add to the feta.
Add the olive oil, salt, pepper and Italian herbs and mix well. Place a puff pastry on the baking sheet and spread the feta mixture evenly over it. Leave about two to three fingers` widths free at the edge. Then fold the edge over the mass.
Place the second puff pastry on the work surface and cut into strips. Place the strips in a grid shape over the feta. Smooth out the holes and excess puff pastry and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with a little oregano. Bake in the oven for approx. 35 minutes at 180 ° C, depending on the desired tan.
