Core and wash the bell pepper, cut into fine strips or small cubes. Peel the cucumber (if you want to leave the skin on, you can of course do that), cut in half and that
cut out soft insides. Cut the hollowed out cucumber into small pieces. Dice the feta.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Mix a dressing out of the water, a dash of olive oil and vinegar and the herbs (preferably fresh, alternatively frozen) and
Pour over the salad.
Tastes very good as a main course with a baguette or as a
Side dish for grilling.
The dressing can remain quite tasteless, as the salad has a strong taste of its own and gets enough flavor from the herbs.
