Instructions

  1. Finely dice or chop half a bell pepper. Drain 4-5 sun-dried tomatoes from the glass and chop finely.
  2. Mash the feta well with a fork, working in the paprika, tomatoes and cayenne pepper and, if you like, freshly ground pepper.
  3. Cover and let the cream soak in a cool place for at least 2 hours. If necessary, add salt and season with cayenne pepper.
