Chop the feta cheese in a blender, hand blender or, if necessary, with a fork. Mix the crumbled feta with the cream cheese.
Crush the required amount of rocket in the blender and add to the feta and cream cheese cream. The amount of rocket can be more or less than 1 handful, depending on personal taste. Crush the clove of garlic in a garlic press or grate it and mix it with the cream. Finally, season the cream with salt.
Tastes wonderful on a fresh roll or baguette or as a dip for vegetables.
