Instructions

  1. Crumble the feta cheese and puree it with the low-fat quark and milk (add a little milk if necessary - depends on the firmness of the mass and the consistency of the dip you want). Then squeeze in the clove of garlic and stir in the spring onions, cut into fine half rolls and washed.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder and refine the herbs if necessary.
  3. (The herbs can also be used to change the dip a little from time to time).
  4. Great with jacket potatoes or white bread. Must never be missing at our barbecue evenings.
