Instructions

  1. Mix everything together well, except for the last 3 ingredients, form a loaf from the meat dough and place it in a roasting pan or casserole dish.
  2. Pour in the broth and add large carrots and onions.
  3. Roast in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 45 - 50 min. Turn once halfway through.
  4. Remove the finished roast and puree the fried vegetables in the broth. Serve immediately.
  5. This goes well with mashed potatoes and carrot vegetables.
