Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into thin rings, thinly slice the bell pepper, the garlic into large pieces, and the spring onions into rings. Quarter the zucchini and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Briefly blanch the beans in salted water with a pinch of sugar for 1 - 2 minutes.
  3. Halve the cocktail tomatoes (if you don`t mind, you can remove the stalk) and marinate with 2 - 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, salt and pepper in a bowl. If you want, you can mix in a dash of sweet balsamic cream. This gives the tomatoes and later the feta a super fruity, tomato-like taste.
  4. Cut the feta into slices and sprinkle with pepper and caraway seeds on both sides.
  5. Brush some olive oil onto a sufficiently large piece of aluminum foil. Feta, paprika, zucchini and garlic make up the first layer. This is followed by tomatoes, green beans, onions and spring onions. Garnish with fresh herbs such as parsley, rosemary, basil or thyme and fold into a packet.
  6. Place top / bottom heat on the top shelf in the preheated oven for approx. 15 - 20 minutes at 200 ° C.
  7. Without the beans, the low carb or SiS feta packets are suitable.
