Instructions

  1. Cut the pointed peppers into small pieces (approx. 2 - 3 cm). Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the spring onions and garlic into slices.
  2. Tip: To easily fill the parcel, it is best to take the square lid of a butter dish or similar and cover it with aluminum foil (you leave enough excess here to seal the parcel).
  3. Put some olive oil in the packet. Now add some paprika, spring onions, garlic and cherry tomatoes. Halve the feta cheese and place one half on the bed of vegetables. Put the other half of the feta cheese aside for another packet. Now fill the packet with paprika, spring onions and cherry tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and a tiny pinch of sugar. For hot eaters you can of course also add some chilli.
  4. Drizzle everything with a few drops of lemon juice and some good olive oil again. The packets can be refined with fresh herbs from the garden as you wish. Now close the parcel well and let it draw a little.
  5. As soon as the grill is ready, the packets can be placed directly on the embers. The parcels are ready when the feta cheese begins to run slightly (approx. 15-20 minutes).
  6. An ideal accompaniment to every grill dish.
