Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into approx. 1 cm thick slices, peel and halve the onion and cut the halves into eighths, cut the paprika into pieces. Dice the tofu and sheep cheese approx. 2 cm in size. Alternate tofu, vegetables, sheep cheese and sage leaves on the skewers.
  2. Preheat the grill. Mix the ingredients for the marinade well and brush the skewers with them. Cover a grill rack with aluminum foil, place the skewers on it and grill for about 10 minutes, turning several times.
  3. Also works with convection in the oven or in the pan.
  4. If you like, you can have more tofu instead of sheep cheese, the recipe would then be vegan, or vice versa, instead of tofu, more sheep cheese if you don`t like tofu.
  5. Salads, baguettes or sage noodles go well with it.
