Instructions

  1. Press or finely chop the garlic cloves. Squeeze the lemon. Puree the feta cheese together with the yogurt.
  2. Add parsley, lemon juice, garlic oil and honey, stir. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add a little water as needed.
