Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken schnitzel, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Wash the chilli peppers, cut in half lengthways, core and cut into fine strips. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds, wash and cut into approx. 2 cm cubes. Peel the garlic and cut into fine slices.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel on both sides for approx. 1 - 2 minutes, remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Heat the remaining oil in the same pan and fry the paprika, garlic and chilli in it for about 2 - 3 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Deglaze the paprika vegetables with apple juice, stir in the processed cheese and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Add the schnitzel and cook for 5 - 6 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, wash the chives and cut into fine rolls.
  5. Arrange the chicken schnitzel with the garlic and paprika vegetables on plates and sprinkle with chives.
