Instructions

  1. Sauce (make it first, it tastes better when it draws something, preferably the day before and chill):
  2. Mix the cup of creme fraiche with the cup of yogurt and 2 teaspoons of herbal cream cheese. Press the two cloves of garlic into the mixture and add the paprika, chilli and pepper
  3. season to taste, if you like, you can add a little cumin.
  4. Filling:
  5. Put the kidney beans in a colander and wash.
  6. Cut the carrots into very fine cubes, cut the peppers and the iceberg lettuce into strips approx. 2 cm and 0.5 cm wide. Halve the onions and cut into fine strips. Cut the spring onion into fine rings. Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Core the chilli pepper and cut very finely.
  7. Season the meat with paprika, pepper, salt and chili powder and fry it with a tablespoon of clarified butter. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
  8. Put the second tablespoon of clarified butter in the pan and sauté the carrots over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  9. Then add the beans, corn and chilli pepper and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  10. Now pour the can of tomatoes over the whole thing and slowly simmer, the tomato sauce should be completely overcooked.
  11. Now add the peppers and the meat and let everything warm up (if you don`t like the chewy peppers, add them with the corn and beans on top)
  12. Season the whole thing with salt, pepper and chilli.
  13. Briefly heat the finished tortillas in a pan or 15 sec. in the micro.
  14. In the middle some lettuce, then the filling, then the sauce and now the onions.
  15. Fold in at the bottom, fold in to the right and then roll up.
