Cut the meat into strips like gyros and marinate with olive oil and the spices. Preferably the evening before, so that the meat is pulled through nicely.
Cut the green onions and peppers into short strips. Fry the meat vigorously in olive oil, then add peppers, mushrooms and onions and continue frying for a few minutes over high heat. Deglaze with the peeled tomatoes, bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for 15-20 minutes, then add the cream. If necessary, a little red wine or water can be added. Bring to the boil and season well with the spices and the grained vegetable stock. Can be a little sharper!
