Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and cut the pulp from the stone. Cut the mangoes, tomatoes and half an onion into narrow strips. Cut the chilli pepper, garlic and ginger into very fine cubes. Rub the peel of the lime and squeeze out the juice. Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper and let steep for 30 minutes. A refreshing, piquant summer salad is ready.
