Fry the minced meat with diced onions and the garlic. Dice the paprika and add, sauté a little. Add the tomatoes, beans, red wine and vegetable stock. Bring to the boil briefly. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Add the sliced sausages to the soup and heat.
I like to cook the soup a day in advance, it saves time and it tastes even better when done well.
