Ingredients
- 500 g beans, fresh reen or frozen, (no can!)
- 1 small Can (s) beans (broad beans, large white beans
- 1 small Can (s) beans, small white ones
- 1 can kidney beans
- 150 g beans, dried beans or other
- 1 can tomato (s), chunky Italian
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or seed oil
- 1 large onion (s), cut into thin, tender half rings
- 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed, brings out the essential oils better
- Savory
- salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Balsamic vinegar
- Add 1 chilli pepper (s) to taste
- 1 bay leaf

Instructions
- Bring 1 liter of salted water with savory and bay leaf to the boil and simmer gently for 2 minutes.
- Add the green beans and simmer for about 10 minutes until firm to the bite.
- In the meantime, open all cans and pour the contents over a sieve and rinse so that the strength of the can liquid is washed off!
- Pour into a large bowl and then with a squeezed knofie, add canned tomato pieces with half of the juice. If necessary, add the remaining juice!
- Mix well and season with freshly ground salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, chilli, oregano and herbs from Provence.
- 1 chilli pepper can be added to taste!
- Mix in the green beans.
- Boil the dried beans with the boiling water from the green beans! Then also admit this!
- Add the halved onion rings!
- Mix with 1 tablespoon of oil and let it steep!
- Due to the acidity of the tomatoes, I didn`t need balsamic vinegar or honey for seasoning! Add if necessary!
- Add fresh herbs before serving!
- The next day the salad tasted even more delicious!
