Instructions

  1. Season the meat. Heat oil in a pot. Fry the meat in it all around until brown. Also fry the peeled and diced onions. Add approx. 500 ml of water and simmer the meat for a good 1 hour over a low heat.
  2. Wash the peppers, remove the white dividers and seeds, cut into pieces and add to the meat. Finely chop the peppers and add them as well. Braise for another 20 minutes over low heat. Thicken the sauce with flour, refine with cream, season to taste and serve with the sliced meat.
