Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic, core the chili peppers and cut into fine strips. Cut the spring onions into rings and the peppers into diamonds (looks so much nicer than simply pieces).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the minced meat, garlic and chili powder and fry well. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. As soon as the minced meat is browned, add the spring onions and the pepper pieces and fry again briefly.
  3. Then add the corn and rice, mix well and fry the whole amount for another 5 minutes. Then if necessary season again with pepper, salt and paprika powder (but very carefully, as the chilli has enough fire in it).
