Cut the onion and garlic into cubes. Clean the savoy cabbage and cut into strips.
Heat the oil, sauté the onion and garlic, briefly sweat the cayenne pepper, fold in the savoy cabbage, fry briefly. Deglaze with water, bring to the boil. Stir in the broth and tomato paste, cover and simmer over a medium heat for about 20 minutes. Then season with salt, pepper and sugar and finally stir in the cream cheese.
