In the meantime, finely chop the onion and cut the mushrooms and Chinese cabbage into strips.
Sear the minced meat with the onions and season generously with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano. Add the mushrooms and tomato paste. Finally add the Chinese cabbage, add a little water or possibly broth and simmer for about 15 minutes.
At the end add the Tabasco and season with salt and pepper. Now everything is mixed with the spaetzle.
