Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Clean the tomatoes, wash them, cut into wedges and remove the seeds if necessary. Peel the meat sausage and cut into strips. Clean and wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into fine strips.
Mix the Asian sauce and vinegar. Beat in the oil. Season to taste with salt, sugar, sambal oelek and soy sauce. Mix with the prepared salad ingredients, let it steep briefly and season to taste again. Wash, finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over it.
