Cut the pork into bite-sized strips. Marinate in about 5-6 tablespoon soy sauce and a little salt for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the peppers into fine strips.
Dust the meat with a little flour and mix well. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat in portions until it takes on color on the outside. This process guarantees that the meat has a wonderful taste of its own and remains juicy. Put the seared meat in a roaster.
Steam the garlic and onions in a pan until they are translucent and place in the roaster. Mix in the chopped vegetables.
Sauce:
Put the tomatoes in a saucepan, if you like grill sauce leftovers, sour cream, processed cheese, tomato paste, Tabasco, heat them up slightly and mix them with a whisk to make a creamy sauce. Season to taste with the spices according to your own preferences. If you like it even spicier, take a lot of paprika, pepper or even more Tabasco. If you want it sweet, you can add a little sugar, if you like it all in all spicy, add a spice mix. Actually everything fits. Dilute the sauce with water or vegetable stock until it can cover the meat-vegetable mixture in the roaster. Then pour the sauce over the meat and stir.
Cover and braise in the oven at 180 degrees for 2 hours.
