Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package and let it drain.
Season the meat with salt and cayenne pepper and sear in the hot oil for about 3 minutes, remove and set aside. Put everything from spring onions to ginger into the frying fat and stir-fry for approx. 5 minutes. Then add meat and noodles, add chilli and soy sauce and continue frying for 4-5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
