Fry the meat in olive oil, squeeze the garlic. Peel the onions, cut into cubes and add. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into cubes. Add the vegetables to the meat and sauté briefly. Add the water and simmer for about 25 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, pul biber, cumin and tabasco to taste spicy to hot, making sure that the processed cheese still contains salt. Add the cream and the processed cheese, dissolve, bring to the boil again briefly and then enjoy.
A green salad and baguette or flat bread go well with it.
