Instructions

  1. Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices. Rub the figs, remove the stem and quarter the figs.
  2. Roast the pine nuts in a coated pan without fat. Arrange the mozzarella, figs and ham with the breadsticks decoratively on plates.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the dressing, season to taste, drizzle the salad ingredients with them, serve garnished with pine nuts and sprigs of thyme.
