Cut fresh figs crosswise at the stem base and press together on the bottom with your thumb and forefinger so that the fruit opens. Place the figs on a platter and drape the Parma ham around the figs. Then spread the mozzarella on top in small pieces. Sprinkle with basil leaves. Spread the dressing over it so that as much as possible flows into the figs. Serve with fresh bread, and at the end use it to soak up the rest of the dressing!
