Instructions

  1. Halve the fresh goat`s cheese thalers across to make 16 thin thalers.
  2. Cut the old baguette into wafer-thin slices with the slicer. Then briefly dry the bread slices in the oven at 200 degrees. Then drizzle with a little olive oil and briefly put in the oven again. You want them to be crispy.
  3. Chop the red pepper berries with a knife.
  4. Cut the bacon into very small cubes and fry in a non-stick pan. Then remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. Wash the figs, cut off the stem and quarter them. Fry the figs on both sides in the pan with the remaining fat from the bacon. You should stay firm to the bite. Season with a little salt.
  6. Place the fig quarters in a starter spoon, press the goat cream cheese thaler to one side. Sprinkle with the bacon cubes and the red pepper. Add the bread chip.
