Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill. Cut lengthways into each fig. Put a piece of goat cheese in the opening, wrap a piece of bacon around it and secure it with a toothpick. Place on a grill pan and slide under the grill. Turn once. Remove when the bacon is browned. Serve hot or still warm.
