For the filling:

- Prepare yeast dough * (in my recipes) + let rise. Roll the dough into a sausage + cut off slices, flatten each side.
- Put 1 tablespoon of the well-seasoned filling on top + press together to form a dumpling. Let rise again on a floured board.
- Cook in plenty of salted water, slide the dumplings into the boiling water. Make a test with a knitting needle.
- A curry and raisin sauce goes well with it.
